The Export Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing international sales strategies to increase sales volume and achieve growth targets in foreign markets. The role involves seeking new opportunities, managing customer relationships, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth execution of deals.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**
1. Develop export sales strategies and plans to achieve specified targets.
2. Seek new opportunities in international markets and expand the customer base.
3. Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients and business partners.
4. Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
5. Coordinate with internal teams such as production and logistics to ensure smooth deal execution.
6. Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance and present them to senior management.
7. Participate in trade shows and commercial events to represent the company and promote its products.
8. Keep up-to-date with changes in international trade regulations and ensure compliance.
9. Provide support and guidance to the export sales team and oversee their training and development.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in export sales or international sales management.
3. Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
4. Good knowledge of international trade regulations and laws.
5. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
6. Analytical skills and the ability to prepare and analyze reports.
7. Excellent communication and public relations skills.
8. Willingness to travel internationally frequently.
