At G & C Creative Technology, I took on the role of IT Support and Trainer, where I was responsible for a variety of technical and educational tasks. I provided comprehensive support in maintaining computer systems, including hardware and software troubleshooting. I also deployed and managed Windows Server systems, ensuring proper access control and user account management. In addition to my technical duties, I trained university students and clients on network and security concepts, delivering lessons both in-person and online. I focused on areas such as ethical hacking and penetration testing, as well as providing guidance on the effective use of MS Office software. This dual role allowed me to not only apply my technical knowledge but also share it with others, further solidifying my expertise in IT support and education.

During my time at Tech Support SARL, I worked extensively in network and system administration and maintenance. I was responsible for performing regular checks on workstation status, identifying potential issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of both hardware and software systems. One of my key tasks involved the installation of network cables in PVC trunks and the deployment of ESET antivirus software across workstations, ensuring proper security measures were in place. I also contributed to setting up and administering an Intrusion Detection and Prevention System (IDPS) to enhance network security. My role involved generating detailed reports on the security status of workstations and maintaining a secure and efficient IT environment. This experience significantly enhanced my skills in network security and system maintenance, making me proficient in both proactive and reactive IT support.

I completed my Bachelor's degree in Network Administration and Security at the University Institute of the Gulf of Guinea with a GPA of 3.7/4. This program equipped me with in-depth knowledge of network security, ethical hacking, and system administration. The coursework focused on advanced topics such as cybersecurity, the deployment and management of security protocols, and the maintenance of robust network infrastructures. Throughout my studies, I honed my skills in handling complex network issues, implementing SSL/TLS certificates, and managing both Linux and Windows servers. This academic journey, paired with my practical experiences, has thoroughly prepared me to excel in the field of network security and administration.

From 2021 to 2023, I pursued a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Network and Security at the University Institute of the Gulf of Guinea. Throughout this program, I developed extensive knowledge in network administration, cybersecurity, and system maintenance. The curriculum covered various technical aspects, including network troubleshooting, the deployment of security measures, and the implementation of Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDPS). My hard work and dedication culminated in achieving the highest national GPA of 3.51, recognizing me as the top student in the country for my promotion. This accomplishment reflects both my academic excellence and my strong commitment to mastering the field of network security.
