• Manage all Transport duties - In charge of Outbound Minusca military contingents rations Transportation - On time, in good quality & right quantity. • Submit the delivery schedule to rations Units for approval, Manage, Coordinate and report all aspects of Transport requirements with emphasis on flexible and rapid action result - from • Outbound Operations according to the transport expenses (such as staff allowances drivers, technicians and convoy leaders, water, fuel estimation for trucks, clip on) • Monitor the Asset movements - containers, generators, trucks • Loading plan & trucks loading regarding the pallets manifest • Track all deliveries until receiving on site all the goods in good condition on time and inform all relevant department by email - update the daily outbound delivery status report • Inbound trucks from Douala tracking (daily-CSR) • Fuel estimation & consumption Reports • All deliveries with more than 40 trucks 40' done on time 98%
