•Serve as the focal point at RACOJ for the USAID/BHA-funded ($ 54 million) Resilience Food Security Activity (RFSA) Budikadidi project youth component aimed at raising awareness of early pregnancy and forced marriage; increasing confidence and capacity for income generation and entrepreneurship; and; supporting improvements in water and sanitation in communities; •Responsible for developing youth and gender economic inclusion program strategies, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting; •Provide administrative, financial, human resource management, office management and logistical oversight; •Provides technical support to key stakeholders include the private sector and community and state structures on the integration of sexual and gender-based violence programming including psychological, medical, judicial and livelihoods support; •Develops and leads training of trainer sessions on life skills, family planning and sexual reproduction adapted for youth;
